“TOTAL FOOTBALL: We have utilised the Dutch “total football” management model, a strategy responsible for the sustained success of Ajax and the Dutch national team since the ’70s. “Total football” for dRMM means a collaboration whereby each team member cannot only be talented in their own area, they must be educated in all the team positions. Roles are regularly rotated, consequently team members understand each other’s ambitions and needs, communicate better, and can help each other when necessary. Personal skills are identified, respected and developed but ideas, information and skill transfer are more naturally and efficiently made across common experience.” (dal sito dRMM)
